July 2019 – CSD München

For many years now we have been inviting LGBT-activists* from our twin city Kyiv to Munich Pride. We organize an extensive delegation program for our guests, they visit the largest LGBT-organizations in Munich, take part in the Pride Week program, meet important representatives of the city like Lord Mayor Dieter Reiter, but also the Consul of Ukraine, Dmytro Shevchenko. At the end of the week we all will walk together at the Pride March for which we are planning a creative performance; afterwards we climb the stage at Marienplatz (photo). When we are together, many good projects emerge. This strengthens us and our friends from Ukraine.
